1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will only be considered under the following condition:
- You must record a clear and uncut video while opening the package.
- The video must clearly show the parcel condition and product inside.
Refunds will not be processed without an unboxing video.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share the unboxing video and clear images.
After verification, we will process replacement or refund accordingly.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by customer
- Minor color or design variations
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Divine Rewards Program
Participation in the Divine Rewards Program is linked to successful purchase and payment. Entry once generated cannot be canceled or transferred.
